How do I return my item?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• Sweaters must be unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging
• PLEASE NOTE: Personalised items cannot be refunded

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

Are there any charges for return?

• You must pay for your return shipping price and keep hold of your postage tracking receipt as we are not responsible for loss
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed after the items have been received, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Using a soft measuring tape, measure your dogs' chest circumference just behind the front legs, the neck circumference at the widest part and the back length. If your dog is between sizes, we suggest going up a size.

Please follow our measuring guide on FAQ to get a rough estimate for your dog.

- Please take in to account whether your dog is long or short haired. When measuring allow for comfort over longer hair (Remember these will stretch slightly as they are knitted products)

- Mainly use neck and chest measurement to determine size. Body length is the total jumper length, not your dogs back length. 

- Weight is for ref only on the measuring guise - Do not use this as a main guide for sizing.
